My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while clean and nicely scented, didn't quite match the glamorous look in the website photos, and there were issues with payment. However, the staff's friendliness made up for the inconvenience of checking in early because of a late flight to Manila.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were very clean and had a pleasant scent, but they were smaller than expected. Dealing with payment issues was a bit of a hassle due to needing to charge to my colleague's card.
Service
9.0
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, even with a last-minute booking. They were also helpful and accommodating, responding quickly to requests for extra amenities.
Location
6.0
The best thing about the hotel was its location, despite needing some refurbishment. It had a great central location near night spots, with easy access to nightlife areas. However, the outdated facilities and potential safety hazards like broken floor tiles were concerning.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were average, with nothing exceptional to offer. While some items were good, the variety was lacking and somewhat limited. Overall, it was an okay dining experience.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were decent, but there were issues with room size and payment processes. It was a bit overpriced considering the outdated conditions.

The hotel rooms had good energy but lacked soundproofing, making it challenging to sleep due to outside noise. It was spacious but a bit small for a family of 4. The service was excellent, over the top friendly, and accommodating during late check-ins and payment facilitation. The location is great for business in Makati but struggles to accommodate guests during peak seasons like New Year's Eve. The dining experience was subpar with cold varieties and small bathrooms.

The hotel had a couple of drawbacks, like the strong smell in the smoking room and lack of preference in the bedroom setup. On the bright side, the hotel offers excellent views compared to other places I've stayed at.

Rooms
7.0
The smoking room had a strong smell throughout the floor, which was not to our liking. However, the rooms with excellent views made up for it.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, from the accommodating staff who looked after my son to the attentive restaurant team and the kind management. Over the top service from everyone, especially the helpful people at the help desk.
Location
6.0
The hotel is convenient but a bit far from where we wanted to go due to constant traffic jams. It's close to train stations, but the area seemed to have more traffic and was a little distance from the GreenBelt Mall area.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience offered excellent quality and generous selections of different Asian cuisines, but there were issues with variety and running out of food items.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were good, offering helpful services like room supplies provided by the cleaning staff. However, some aspects lacked variety and needed better management.

The hotel may not offer the best value for money with small rooms compared to cheaper options in the area. The pool closes early, even on the 20th floor. Despite these downsides, the location is ideal, surrounded by convenience stores, malls, and restaurants. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff, although improvements in training might be needed. The dining experience was average, and it's worth noting that breakfast was not included with the reservation. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and room for enhancement.

Despite some drawbacks like an old and small room, the hotel offered spacious accommodations with a variety of amenities. The service was courteous, especially with Allan and Kevin at the door, and the location, while needing maintenance attention, was near conveniences like restaurants and coffee shops. The dining experience had its flaws but was generally satisfactory.

Rooms
7.0
My room, although old and smaller than expected, was surprisingly spacious with all the necessary accessories one would need at a grand hotel. The gratuitous toiletries were a nice touch, but the toilet needed maintenance.
Service
8.0
The service was courteous, and the staff, particularly Allan and Kevin at the door, made me feel welcome during my stay. They even provided extra bottled water which was a nice gesture.
Location
6.0
The location, although in need of maintenance attention, was near several conveniences like 7-Eleven, Mini Stop, and Century City Mall. It seemed safe despite the area being a bit seedy.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience had its shortcomings, with some items not being heated or refilled promptly, but overall, the traditional dishes they offered were well-prepared.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, but the hotel overall could benefit from updates and maintenance in various areas.
