fantastic stay

every staff member i met was polite and ready to assist. the security personnel was friendly. the room cleaners were diligent (they really keep the place super clean). i appreciate the dedication to. It was evident.
the elevator algorithm seemed a little slow. i waited a few minutes sometimes.

the hotel is close to malls. burgos street is also nearby. this makes it easy to access shopping and dining options. transportation is readily available from this area too.

there is a pool on the 35th floor. a gym is also available on that floor. the rooftop location offers skyline views at night. a free water dispenser is available on every floor.

the room was cleaner than expected. the space was bigger than what i saw in the photos. i found the room spacious and comfortable. the price was also very good (great value).

the location was convenient, with eateries and pubs nearby.
i found several issues . the elevators were slow, causing significant delays. the room had an unpleasant odor, and i suspected it was related to mold.

the location provides excellent access to various restaurants and shops. friendly staff assisted me well .
I noticed small cockroaches in my room. This was a concern. the elevators were quite slow, i had to wait a long time on multiple occasions.
